Over time, the skin becomes less supple and drier. Less hydrated, the epidermis tends to relax and this is when wrinkles get deeper. But these marks of time are not inevitable! To delay them, adopt the right actions and the right anti-aging beauty products, in order to make yourself beautiful and regain the skin of your 20 years!

Beauty products for hydrated skin

To protect your skin and slow down its aging, the first thing to do is to hydrate it well. You can thus opt for moisturizing day and night creams, adapted to your skin type. In particular, favor beauty products made from thermal spring water: it is natural, softening, moisturizing and the minerals it contains keep the skin healthy!

Take care of your face and body. Exfoliate your skin once or twice a week to get rid of dead skin and make your skin better absorb the moisturizing beauty products you apply to it.

Natural masks to nourish your skin

In addition to moisturizers, use natural, homemade masks to enhance the action of the creams. For example, to moisturize your skin as much as possible, mix half a finely chopped cucumber with plain yogurt and apply it to your face. Leave on for 10 minutes before rinsing off with clean water. For very dry skin, concoct your own nourishing mask: crush half an avocado in a bowl and add two teaspoons of lemon juice and two teaspoons of honey. Your skin will be revitalized and glowing!

To have beautiful skin, you have to adopt the right gestures both inside and out! In addition to moisturizing creams and beauty products, it is ideal to favor certain foods with a composition that is beneficial for the skin:

- Antioxidants: they help your skin to regenerate. The best known are zinc, vitamins A, C and E as well as polyphenols. You will find it in large quantities in green tea, cocoa or tomatoes as well as in food supplements based on essential oils (soya, evening primrose, ginseng or red vine).

- Omega 3 (rapeseed oil, nuts, fish) and carotenes (carrots, apricots) are also important.

Drink plenty to flush out toxins! 1.5 to 2 liters of water per day will help make your skin beautiful and radiant ... Finally, avoid alcohol, sugar and nicotine, which in turn accentuate skin aging!
